ways.hu is the corporate website of Ways Tech International Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (short name: Ways Tech International Kft.; company reg. no. Cg.01-09-442842; tax ID 32791725-2-42; registered office: 1071 Budapest, Dembinszky utca 20. alagsor 2. ajtó, Hungary) (the “Company”). These Terms of Use apply to ways.hu.
By using or viewing the website, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are not entitled to use the website and must stop using it immediately.
1. Content of the online offering
The content of the website is determined by Ways Tech International Kft.
You acknowledge that the website is solely for publishing information and materials about the Company and its various business areas. Making the website content available does not amount to personalised professional advice or services for you.
You are solely responsible for how you use the website content, and you acknowledge that any use of that content is at your own risk.
Content on the website and services offered through it are provided “as is”. The Company gives no express or implied warranty as to the correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided, and is not obliged to keep it up to date. The Company does not guarantee that the website, the information available on it, or other materials downloadable from it are accurate, current, correct, complete, or free of viruses and other harmful elements.
2. References and links
Where the website contains direct or indirect links to external websites outside the Company’s control, the Company would only be liable if it knew of unlawful content and it was technically possible and reasonably expected for the Company to prevent use of that content.
The Company states that at the time the links were placed, no unlawful content was apparent on the linked pages. The Company has no influence over the current or future design, content or authorship of linked pages. The Company therefore dissociates itself from all linked content that changes after a link is placed.
This applies to every external link and reference on the website. For unlawful, incorrect or incomplete content — and especially for damage arising from use or non-use of information presented that way — the provider of the linked page is responsible, not the party that merely links to it.

To the extent permitted by applicable Hungarian law, the Company excludes liability for damage arising in connection with the website’s content, its use or non-use, the information presented on it, or the use of incorrect or incomplete information. This exclusion does not cover liability for intentional breach, or for breach that harms human life, bodily integrity or health.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for indirect or consequential damage arising from or in connection with use of the website or its content, including in particular loss of results, loss of revenue, lost profit, damage from third-party claims and non-pecuniary harm, regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for damage or virus infections that may arise from accessing the website or downloading content from it.
6. Changes to the terms
If individual provisions of these Terms of Use are or become wholly or partly incompatible with applicable law, that does not affect the content or validity of the remaining provisions.
The Company reserves the right to amend, delete or supplement these Terms of Use from time to time. Amended terms are published on the website. You are responsible for checking the Terms of Use regularly for changes.
Amended terms take effect when published on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.
The Company may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the website. To the extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for damage arising from such modification or discontinuation.
