Who can apply?

We're looking for independent specialists who:

  • work independently as freelancers or business owners,
  • have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience,
  • can show references,
  • can invoice (if not, tick this on the application),
  • deliver on time with ownership,
  • are open to project-based collaboration.

If you're early-career, junior, looking for an internship, or changing fields, you can still apply. We can't promise work, but smaller entry-level tasks sometimes come up — good learning opportunities.

If you're looking for a full-time job, this probably isn't for you.

Process

What happens after you apply?

  1. You submit your profile.

  2. We review it internally.

  3. If you're a fit, we add you to the expert circle and invite you to our private Slack.

  4. When a relevant project comes up, we reach out (Slack, email).
